By creating an account or posting on FreePost, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You create one account with your email and a password. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended or removed for violating these terms.
Every post is reviewed by our admin team before it goes live. We may reject or later remove any post that:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for any transaction or agreement you enter into with another user as a result of a post.
FreePost is only a posting board. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any sale, rental, job offer, service agreement, or other transaction arranged between users. Always verify details independently and exercise normal caution — especially with payments, in-person meetings, and anything that sounds too good to be true.
Posting is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid promoted listings in the future; any such change will be clearly shown before you'd be asked to pay, and basic free posting will remain available.
You retain ownership of the content you post, but by publishing it on FreePost you grant us permission to display it publicly on the site as part of the normal operation of the platform.
Our admin team may approve, reject, close, or remove any post or account at their discretion, particularly to maintain the quality and safety of the platform.
FreePost is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of any post, the identity of any user, or the outcome of any transaction arranged through the platform. Use the site at your own discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FreePost after changes means you accept the updated terms.
